Information
/ Rules for Extended Stay Sheridan Cottages
We offer a
unique lodging alternative and
hope that you will have a pleasant stay. By reserving one of
our
Cottages, you agree to the following policies, procedures
& rules:

Each Cottage is
fully furnished and stocked
with dishware, bed and bath linens and the typical appliances from
home.
An initial supply of paper products is provided -- additional supplies
beyond those we initially stocked are your responsibility.

Weekly housekeeping
is included in the rate.
In addition to general cleaning, housekeeping will change your towels /
bed linens every seventh day of your stay unless other arrangements are
made. There is also a washer / dryer on site for your
reasonable
use

We accept checks,
Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, and Discover. Full payment is due at the time of
your reservation
if paying by credit card and within 10 days of making the reservation
if
paying by check. If payment is made by credit card, the
balance of
charges, if any, will be run on the day of your arrival. In
the event
of a cancellation longer than 30 days from your arrival date, we will
retain
50% of the payment and return the balance. If cancellation is
less
than 30 days prior to arrival date, Sheridan Cottages will retain the
entire
payment amount.

Guests may check in
at a time arranged with
the owners between 1:45 to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
If you
are to arrive outside of those times and days, please notify us so that
we can advise you of our check in procedure for after-hour
arrivals.
Check out time is 11:00 a.m. on the date of your departure unless
otherwise
arranged in advance with the owner.

All of the Cottages
are non-smoking / no pets.

If
there is damage, theft, or excess cleaning required, you will be
notified
and your credit card will be charged for the repair / replacement cost
thereof. A minimum $200.00 cleaning fee will be collected if
the
Cottage is left in a condition of uncleanliness beyond ordinary.

BV Properties, LLC
operates the Sheridan Cottages
as extended-stay furnished homes, not as a hotel. Therefore
we do
not have a front desk or staff person available on-site at all
times.
If you should need assistance during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, please call (307) 751-0793 and we
will do our best to assist your reasonable needs as we are available.

If you lock
yourself out of your cottage,
we have installed a combination lockbox with one spare key inside for
your
entry. You will be given the combination at check
in.
If you lose both the key provided to you and the key from the lockbox,
and we are not available to let you in, then you must call Don's
Sheridan
Lock and Key at (307) 672-7044 to gain entry. A $75.00 charge
will
be assessed for any lost key to cover the cost of re-keying the Cottage.

Off street parking
is provided for our guests.
You and your guest should park no more than two cars in the off-street
lot to ensure each guest has a space. If you have other
people visiting,
please have them park along the street in front, and please advise them
of these guest information / rules.
